Working Principle
The portable hydraulic stone splitter is composed of several major components such as vacuum-treated reinforced oil cylinders, multiple jacks, and multiple high-pressure oil pipes. Divided into one oil inlet pipe and one oil return pipe. When the oil is fed, the jack of the hydraulic rock breaker will extend, which is a working process, that is, the time when the rock breaks.
The hydraulic power station transmits the hydraulic oil through the oil pipe, the output pressure of the power station can reach 160mp, and the splitting force of the splitting rod can reach 5000t after the secondary conversion. The single rod varies from 30 to 140kj, and a power station is equipped with 6 splitting rods as standard.
