Cold H-beam steel bending machine

The Cold H-beam steel bending machine consists of two sets of motor and reduction gear sets, active rollers, passive rollers, oil pump motors, gear pumps, relief valves, electromagnetic steering valves, and hydraulic workstations consisting of cylinders.

Working principle:

Put the steel cold bending machine on the rollers driven by the reducer, lock the compression handle, start the motor oil pump group, and the high-pressure oil output by the electric oil pump passes through the overflow valve (the required pressure is available).

It is assembled into the electro-hydraulic valve. There are electro-hydraulic valve and jog switch (click in, click back) to control the work of the cylinder, and the working cylinder advances, and the I-beam and three supporting rollers are pressed tightly without bending deformation. The length of the cylinder to advance is 10mm-15mm each time, turn on the main motor to rotate forward or reverse, and the main motor drives the steel to work, repeat the operation until it reaches the requirement.

The Application of Cold H-beam steel bending machine: with a smooth transmission, pressure, and other characteristics. Mainly used in tunnels, subways, hydropower stations, underground holes, and other I-beam, channel bending.

Cold bending machine maintenance:

◆If the new machine is running for 50 hours, check and tighten whether the bolts are loose

◆Change the hydraulic oil after the new machine runs for 100h (about 15 days)

◆The reducer oil should be replaced after the new machine runs for 200h

◆Hydraulic oil and reducer oil should be updated once a year

◆Fill the pressure shaft with butter and the slideway with oil every shift
