How to Choose Electric Airless Sprayer
1. Selection according to the characteristics of the coating: First, the viscosity of the coating should be considered. For high-viscosity and difficult-to-atom coatings, equipment with a high-pressure ratio or a heating system should be selected. Two-component coatings, water-based coatings, zinc-rich coatings, and other special coatings should use special equipment.
2. Selection according to the condition of the workpiece to be coated and the production batch: this is the main factor for selecting equipment. For small workpieces to be coated or small batches, the models with a small amount of paint spraying are generally selected. For large workpieces and large batches such as ships, bridges, automobiles, and continuous automatic painting lines, models with large spraying amounts of paint can be selected.
3. According to the power source available: General spraying workplaces have compressed air sources, and pneumatic airless spraying equipment can be selected. If there is no compressed air source and only a power supply, electric airless spraying equipment should be used. If neither air nor power is available, engine-driven airless spray equipment can be used.
