Description of Plunger pump:
The YB Series Plunger pump is a type of positive displacement and high-pressure pump, where the high-pressure seal is stationary and a smooth cylindrical plunger slides through the seal. Additionally, the piston is made from ceramics and often used in the ceramic industry, we also call it a ceramic piston pump.
While working, the plungers are driven by a hydraulic system to make a reciprocating motion, thus changing the pump chamber, so that realizes the material transportation.
The material of ceramic Plunger pump is contact material, that can be customized, such as S.S.304. the plunger pump is wear-resisting. Compared with a centrifugal pump, a plunger pump has suction and its working pressure is adjustable and can be set via a hydraulic valve. And it can endure higher temperatures.
