Application:
The YT28 rock drill is a new type of efficient drilling machine. It is widely used in mine roadway excavation and various drilling operations. It is indispensable equipment for blasting, metallurgy, coal, railway, transportation, water conservancy construction, and national defense stone engineering.
Routine Maintenance:
1. The machine is filled with anti-rust oil before leaving the factory. It should be disassembled and washed before use. When reassembling, the mating surface should be lubricated before use.
2. When connecting the trachea, the debris in the pipe must be blown out, so as to avoid the debris machine from grinding and damaging the parts.
3. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to carefully check whether the assembly of each operating mechanism and running parts is correct and reliable. Fill the lubricator with lubricating oil and adjust the amount of oil.
4. After the machine is finished, the water source should be cut off and then run lightly for a while to blow off the residual water droplets in the machine to prevent the parts from rusting.
5. The commonly used machines should be regularly maintained and repaired. It should be checked at least once a week to remove dirt and replace damaged and failed parts.
6. If the used machine is stored for a long time, it must be disassembled, washed, degreased, and placed in a cool and dry place.
