Brief introduction
The hydraulic pile breaker provides pressure to multiple oil cylinders of the pile cutter through a power source, and the oil cylinders directly drive the drill rod and simultaneously squeeze the pile body to cut off the pile head. During the construction process of the pile breaking machine, the operation is simple, high efficiency, low noise, low cost, and it is suitable for pile group construction projects. The pile breaker adopts a highly modular combination, and the modules are connected by pin shafts, and the pile heads within a certain range of diameter can be cut off by combining different numbers of modules.

Modular design can be linked with a variety of construction machinery. Modules can be added and reduced according to the size of the pile. The convenient and quick tapered top design avoids the problems of soil accumulation on the guiding steel rod, deflection and fragility, etc., and the steel rod that rotates at any time is effective It prevents the internal production of the high-pressure cylinder, prevents the connection from breaking, and has the effect of anti-vibration.

Operating Principle
Modular design is adopted. Each module is provided with separate oil cylinder and drill rod. The oil cylinder drives the drill rod to realize rectilinear motion. Several modules are combined together to adapt to construction of piles with different diameters. Moreover, hydraulic pipelines are used for parallel connection to realize synchronization action. In the same section, the pile body is simultaneously squeezed from several points, so as to break the pile body at this section.

Recommend the following daily maintenance measure
1. The exterior is cleaned once a month. In this way, it is easier to find leaks and hidden troubles.
2. Check the oil filter frequently and clean or replace it if it is found to be dirty.
3. Add oil. When the oil level is lower than the lowest scale line of the oil level gauge, it means that the amount of oil is insufficient. You need to add hydraulic oil to the oil tank. The newly added oil must be the same as the last time. Note: The hydraulic oils of different manufacturers cannot be mixed, and the hydraulic oils of different specifications between the same manufacturer cannot be mixed. Please avoid mixing of water when refueling.
4. If conditions permit, filter the hydraulic oil at least once a month.
5. Oil change, generally used for about 3000 hours to change once (depending on the working environment, the oil change interval can be extended under better environmental conditions, and the oil change interval should be shortened under harsh conditions). Clean the oil tank carefully and flush the entire oil circuit if necessary.
6. Keep the oil temperature below 70℃, and the best operating temperature is 35~55℃. Under special conditions, pay attention to heating and cooling.
