How to operate the cutting machine
◆Before starting the road-cutting machine, check the bolts of all parts, the power supply, and the wiring for leakage; whether the rotation direction of the saw blade is consistent with the direction marked on the protective cover, and whether it can be started only after it is correct. The water tank should be filled with water; spray water on the saw blade to cool it down.
The cutting depth is adjusted by the handwheel. Turn the handwheel in front of the push handle to make the screw nut rotate and lift.
◆Before the gasoline road pavement cutting machine operates, the saw blade should leave the ground.
After the saw blade runs normally, the handwheel should be slowly rotated to make the machine head fall. When the saw blade is cut to a predetermined depth, it can be moved forward. The rod should be lowered first so that the guide wheel touches the ground.
◆When the road-cutting machine is moving, both eyes should look at the guide wheel to grasp the direction of the cutting seam, and push the push handle with both hands to make the guide wheel advance along the predetermined cutting line to ensure the straightness of the incision.
◆While the motor is overloaded and the speed of the saw blade is reduced due to excessive cutting or encountering hard materials, stop advancing or slow down the feeding speed to protect the motor, diesel engine, gasoline engine, and saw blade from damage.
◆The cutting machine guide wheel and traveling wheel need to cross the piece to be cut, the user can lay steel plates or angle steel on the piece to be cut, and let the front and rear wheels pass on it for cutting work.
