Single-Strand Pulling Hydraulic Mono Strand Jack
It is a versatile prestressed tensioning device that is easy to operate. Mainly used for single-hole tensioning. It can also be used for porous pre-tightening, tensioning, and troubleshooting, and can be applied to high-strength steel wire bundles and steel strands of various specifications.
The jack is small in size, light in weight, and has high inefficiency. The important thing is that the kilocard-type steel strand has a short reserved length (about 260 mm). Especially suitable for work in places with high altitudes or small spaces.
The jack is matched with a dual-circuit oil pump of greater than or equal to 63Mpa.
Structural features of Mono Strand Jack:
A tension cylinder and the return cylinder are double sealed, which improves the sealing reliability. The small cylinder and the two cylinders, the small cylinder and the rear end cover, and the small cylinder and the tool ring are connected by a key to preventing rotation. They are sealed with Glüd or Sterling rings and are reliable in sealing.
