(1) The power supply wiring must be connected to the neutral line, and check the insulation at all times to avoid electric shock; when using, you should always check whether the connection of the power cord or the initial contact is reliable to prevent the motor from burning due to lack of phase operation.
(2) The oil pipes and joints shall be manufactured according to the specifications and shall be inspected at any time to avoid bursting accidents. The joints, pipelines and oil meters shall not be disassembled when the oil pump is under pressure.
(3) The pressure gauge should be checked at any time to prevent accidents caused by malfunction.
(4) Open the control valve (start with no load) before starting. When using it, check whether the pressure adjustment of the safety valve is appropriate, and always ensure that it is sensitive and reliable.
(5) The bearings installed on the upper body should be replaced with lubricant in time according to the situation.
(6) When the oil surface is too low, the flat bearings in the pump body should not work under pressure for a long time when the oil surface is exposed.
