The Anchor end extruder is used for extrusion and connection of steel strand extrusion sleeve. It is a kind of specialized equipment used for cold extruding steel strand wrapping anchor work.

Installation and extrusion of Anchor Extruder for Post Tensioning

(1) Screw the squeezing spring into the pre-stressed tendon where it needs to be squeezed, tighten it by hand, and wrap it tightly on the pre-stressed tendon.
(2) The installation of the extrusion element is shown in Figure 1. First, remove the residual spring wire in the top pressure head hole, and then insert the pre-stressed rib with the extrusion spring through the die hole, insert the extrusion sleeve into the top pressure head.
(3) Extrusion
(a) After placing the spare parts, operate the oil pump to supply pressure oil to the extruder;
(b) The prestressing tendons should be tightened, righted and centered;
(c) The extrusion process should not be stopped in the middle, and should be completed at one time;
(d) When squeezing, observe the value of the pressure gauge;
(e) After the pressure is reduced and the top pressure is in place, the vertical valve stem is pushed to make the piston return to complete the extrusion process.
