Brief Introduction of rebar connecting sleeve coupler:
Concrete grouted rebar coupler is specially designed to join reinforcing bars in precast construciton. Reinforcing bars to be spliced are inserted into grout sleeve and filled with grout, connecting various precast components such as columns, beams and shear walls. The performance of grout rebar splicing system meets different requirements of interenational buidling standards, such as EuroCode 2, BS8110, ACI318 and JGJ1 etc.
Two types:
CT type and CTH type. CT sleeve couplers consist of a thread end where the threaded rebars are turn in and the other end of sleeve to be grouted. CTH is a fully grouted sleeve used when both rebars to be joined are not threaded.

2-sleeve is made of: quality carbon structural steels or Alloy structrual steels;
3-Mechanical properties: Tensile strength≥600Mpa; Yield strength≥355Mpa; Percentage elongation after fracture≥16%.

thread.
4. It will need lower grouting pressure during filling high-strength cementitious grout, and easier sealing for horizontal gap that linking sleeve in precast concrete
members on site.
